Teacher Appreciation Week is the first full week of May every year in the United States. This week is a wonderful time to give those incredible teachers in your lives an EXTRA thank you for all that they do. Be sure to check out our huge collection of teacher gift ideas. Many of them include free printable gift tags.
When I cruise the aisles of any given store these days, I am always on the lookout for new ideas for Teacher Appreciation gifts. I guess it’s because I have been posting them for so many years, the puns and ideas almost seem to leap off the store shelves at me. This is exactly what happened last week when I was at Dollar Tree. I saw all of the colorful, bright gardening supplies and knew I had to make a gift tag that corresponded to them.
Note: Looking to up the value of the gift? You can easily tape a gift card to the seed packet!
I have a couple of other garden themed teacher gift ideas with printables – you can check them out here:

How to Assemble these Gifts
Follow the steps below to assemble these teacher gifts:
1. Print out our gift tags. Cut out the tags and punch a single hole in the top left corner. Feel free to have your kiddo sign the back of the tag.

2. Use twine or ribbon to tie your gloves to your garden tool. I was able to tie mine together at the top like this:

3. Next, attach the seed packet to the other garden items. I used tape to attach the seeds to the tag on the gloves.

4. For the final step, string a piece of twine or ribbon through the hole that you punched in the tag. Tie the gift tag to the bundle of garden goodies.

That’s it!
This layered garden gift has a fun and colorful look and the themed printable tag brings it all together.

I hope this helps you as you put together some fun teacher gifts this year! Be sure to keep an eye on all of the latest teacher gifts to go up on this site. I try to add a few new ideas each year!
