DIY Monogram Bucket
The best DIY projects are the ones that make you completely swoon with delight after they are completed and put on display. Every Fall I look forward to certain things: foliage, salted caramel mochas, cooler temperatures, apple everything and yes, MUMS. Some years we plant mums, other years we toss them on haybales or the stone wall or the porch. This year I finally completed a craft that I have been eyeing up for awhile now: a DIY Monogram Bucket for my mums!
Material needed for DIY Monogram Bucket:
Steel bucket
Silhouette cutting machine
Split Monogram Silhouette file cut on Oracal 651 black vinyl
Transfer tape or clear contact paper
Potted mum plant
Rubbing alcohol
How to make DIY Monogram Bucket:
1. Wipe down front of bucket with rubbing alcohol.
2. Transfer cut monogram onto transfer tape or contact paper. Affix vinyl to bucket. Use a credit card to smooth out any bubbles.
3. Drop potted plant into bucket.
4. Display and swoon! Beautiful!
