DIY Valentines
Here are two facts that will not surprise you: I am still obsessed with my Silhouette Portrait machine and I have a holy ton of M&Ms to use up thanks to our insane CVS Christmas clearance finds.
So when we found some ridiculously cute milk bottles in the Dollar Spot at Target, I knew this craft was meant to be! I wanted to make up some cute little Valentine’s gifts for the teachers and the grandmas.
I found a hearts and envelope design in the Silhouette Store and affixed the vinyl to each bottle.
I played around with the colors and used a few different color combos on the bottles.
Once the vinyl was on all of my bottles, Lily helped me to fill them all with red M&Ms.
I designed some cute You Melt My Heart tags and printed them out on cardstock. You can download a copy of this tag for free here.
Lily set to work signing the tags with a Sharpie marker.
Each tag got a single hole punched in the top left corner. We used some twine and wrapped it around each bottle neck (near the lid) a few times before tying the tag on it.
I love the end result, love the fact that I used my Silhouette to make the decorations and LOVED the chance to use up a TON of our M&Ms!!
