In depress need of help – my daughter is getting 2 teeth pulled tomorrow (due to over crowding) and have always used the a little delight tooth receipt – however i can’t seem to find my file :( and their website link doesn’t work anymore :(

Hi there! I’m so sorry – it looks like whoever ran the website took the site down. :( It was not my file and I do not have access to it. I just updated my post with the few receipts that are still available.
